Cant find the thread

Abbey have offered me £482 of £2482, so i need to tell them to swing...but how???? is there a template or do i just send them a nice letter sayin get lost

tell them that you accept the 482 but only as part settlement and youll proceed with the claim to get the remainder . and in no way is this full and final settlement.

the bank will not pay the 482.
they will wait it out and then pay the full amount , but you may have to proceed to the court stage.. they will not let it get to the actuall day of court, but they may let it get as far as a court date . as they did with me . and you will probably go to your bank one day and the money will be there

if it does get to the court stage , which is highly unlikely as they cant win. then when you do win you will be able to send balifs into the branch to get ya money

DONT accept the money they have offered in any way....go here and register and you will get the full amount back...
