i seam to have cornered the ex btcc sierra market atm
that add with the two cars is five years old!
and the same guy had over 20 touring cars including my DTM merc
the only cars i have sean cheap ish are not worth buying i.e not original in any way, and needing to much work.
maybe i should stop hogging them all.
whot you have to remember is these cars are nearly 20 years old and as race cars most have seen a hard life.
in australia they are making as much or more money than here in the uk!
glenn seaton car is around 75k!
dave brodie wonts 50k for his car
brookland car is 45 to 50k and has not run for many years and needs completely going though.
there is one i know off in chesher which is around 30k but its very modded and not very nice i looked at it and decided it was not worth restoring, also not run for eight years and needs a full rebuild, owner wont take a bid! so again not worth considering.
if i hear of anything that is right for you i will let you know.

In August 1987 Graham scored the first ever BTCC win for the Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500. In the following two years, more cars were built and run from Graham Goode Racing's Leicester premises. In 1988, GGR ran a second BTCC RS500 for Mike Newman and prepared many customer cars for other championships, again with many successes.
Graham's expanding company ran no fewer than three RS500s for the 1989 season, for himself, Mike Newman and Sean Walker. The Sean Walker GGR RS500 was driven by, none other than, 1996 World Formula One Champion, Damon Hill - who was then a Touring Car debutant. More successes followed in 1990, the final year for the turbocharged RS500.
damion hill drove GGR001 (my white listerine car)
the 87 car which goode had the first win in was the gun metal grey listerine car,
sadley writen off in testing late 87,
he then built the his first rs500 race car chassie GGR001 (my white listerine car. history above.
andy rouse used his own chassie numbers and was building group A three door sierra right back to 86 straight after the merker ( xr4t)
eggenberger used ford chassie number from 99260 to 99269
for there works cars and again there own numbers for there customer cars like for alan moffot ect
sounds like you have graham hathways first rs500 race car,
i dont remember the car i would have to check the btcc from 87 for info,
get some pics up of it.

Every team will claim to have built the first, but the first 500 spec ones were actually converted 3dr touring cars uprated to 500 spec once homologation was complete on 1st August 1987.
At a guess the first completed car will have either been by Eggenberger or Rouse as both had backdoor factory support.
Ford never ever built a 500 touring car themselves, they just supplied parts so there will not be a definative 1st car.

Wrong Graham Martin !
I think the guy has Graham Hathaways 88 car, it came back from Malaysia a year or so back and sold overnight on e-bay recently .
i may be wrong of course but its a nice co-incidence that i was discussing the car with graham H the other week .
The chassis plate for the Ford Motorsport shells all have 0000001 on them , by the way .
