Default Can we have a DIY section?

It wouldn't be a bad idea as quite a few of us, need to swop tips, etc, etc ..and I think it'd help.

Anyone else agree/disagree?

A good idea in principle but there are way too many rooms on here now IMO

I have to say that I used to think the same about the 'too many rooms' thing. However, take a look on AV Forums, that is PACKED with rooms.

Well, we are about 85% done. But, get this. We have a shower which has cost us over Ł2k and it has been all fitted for 2 years now and it hasn't yet been used!!!

Just an extraction system and a bit of Silicone sealing stopping it!!

I finally got the extraction working yesterday, just need to finish sealing it up.

You cheeky bastid!!!

We haven't got a bog-roll holder because I still haven't managed to find inspiration as to how you have one when there is no wall beside the bog to mount it on!! If you mount it on the only place that you could then you might fall off the crapper whilst trying to get the bog paper!!

Also, can't you see now why I am always pleading poverty??!!

christian ive got some crome floor mounted bog roll bin type thing, it matched the bog brush and its on the other side, theres even a handle on the top part like the bog brush to rest the current bog roll and then when its done you use the bar as a handle to open the lid and get extras,,, ive got this as it avoids the running under the stairs for the bog roll storage as theres no real place to store it in a bath room without looking like ive got a toilet roll market stall trading in there

looked like a taller and thiner version of your bin
