Default differences between 4x4 and 2wd pick up pipes.........

Been trying too find pics of both to compare but cant, whats the main differences between them?! want too run a 4x4 oil pump and been told i'll need a 4x4 pick up pipe but now their obsolete their going for a fair bit 2nd hand, so wondered what the differences were between them?! As ive got a couple 2wd ones kicking about which if need be could be modified.........

Cheers

tbh i would never run a 4wd pump, there are far to many of them about that are not built within tolerance and too many people have had engine failure because of this, its a known problem admitted by cosworth.
the 2wd pump will be just the same, ive never had an engine failure in 2wd or 4wd from oil starvation, and always use std 2wd pumps.
