Default Paternity pay - Help please!

Hi,

I am in the middle of 2 weeks paternity leave - anyone know the rules about the bank holiday?

I would normally have had it off at full pay anyway, so should I effectively get an extra day?

Links to some proof would be helpful, I've been searching, but can only find where a company has included it in there T&C's...

Cheers

paternity is paid at basic rate
i was going to have 2 weeks of and then found out it was only going to be £104 per week so i thought i'd better have some holiday instead

your company should list the t+c in your contract
or phone hr in the morning

Contract

HR

It's a fairly small company, and I know I will be asked to tell them what the right way to deal with the bank hol is, hence trying to get some facts.
