the plot of land is STILL there too, theres a lampost near the underpass thingy with just green area and fuck all else,,,, aint got a clue why they knocked it down though

i dont drink ginge, but ill defo come out fella, ill be on the pepsi, but defo up for it. and the dandy cart got closed down, without doubt the worst pub in aycliffe, you had more chance of getting glassed than a decent drink, the turbinia has now took the title as worst pub . the acorn has got a late licence now, so that doesnt close till 2, well it aint called the acorn now, its called blakes, but you'll remember it as the acorn.

the turbinia is further up the road, close to the roundabout at the top of burnlane, they opened a new pub called cobblers hall at the top of burnlane behind the petrol station aswell, thats the ' in pub ' in aycliffe now. the iron hourse is still on the go, its ok in there, and the huntsman is popular aswell. and they closed the dandy cart cos it was rough as f*ck, loads of drugs in there, constant fighting, pub getting smashed up, windows getting put out, it really was a shit hole, but as you said, on the estate it was on, it was never gona win pub of the year. and ive got 4 kids ginge not 7 lmao , and ive been seen to so i wont be having anymore.
