If you were not happy with it when you got it back why did you not
complain at the time ?
I cannot rectify problems if I dont know about them.
Sorry, I am not a mind reader.

truth of the matter is i couldn,t be bothered with all the hassle constantly phoning you being told you had posted it when you clearly hadn,t etc etc i just didn,t want to go through it all again i just decided not to buy from you again and if your honest i think you would do the same if you was in my position.

ian m, Much water under the bridge over the last 6 months but as i have
said on other posts,
I admitted my mistakes and have turned things around but this will never be good enough for some.
Your choice.

Apart from the display problem, what is your honest opinion of the monitor
in terms of what it does ?

simon i am happy with the monitor when i can read it and if i hadn,t had the problems i have had i would probably have upgraded to one of your new ones it,s a shame but surely you can see my point i paid Ł260 for something i can only read for about 15 miles then the readout becomes illegible infact it closely resembles a draughts board.

SECS,
I admitted my mistakes and have turned things around but this will never be good enough for some.
Your choice.

Apart from the display problem, what is your honest opinion of the monitor
in terms of what it does ?

i'll answer this one

you dont just make a product , and it be an instant seller do you , it takes time , word of mouth etct etc , so you did well good product , shit aftersales and reliability , you took a step back after so much public hounding , and he we are the new simon johnson , great you get a second chance , people are still buying off you despite the bad press as your products/ideas are very very good and you knowledge is excellant of your products/ ideas , so youve turned things around , great , but it will take time , for people like me especially who were on the brunt of the 'old' you , like i said takes time , good on ya for having a re-think

as for the monitor brilliant idea ( have we been here before ?? i think so !! )

ian m, If I had bought something that was faulty I would complain too
but this is the first time you have actually informed me of the problem.
Again I am not a mind reader.

Please check the edge of the monitor circuit board is not shorting out against
the warning lights connector or that the same connector is not exerting
excesive force on the monitor display module.
