Default dump valve playing up again

i took my car out for a quick run today and the dump
valve wasnt working properly, then i stopped at a shop
and when i came out and drove off it was working again
do you reckon i should take it off and just blank the hose
off, just that there was a post about taking them off the
other day, when it wasnt working i could here the turbo
fluttering when i changed gear, will this cause damage to
the turbo or will it be ok,its only boosting at 8psi so its
not that much so will this make a difference aswell

, I would take it off mate and block the pipe, the fluttering sound is just chatter and most people say its fine, IMO D/V's are for people who want to let people know they have a turbo!! Take it off
