Default Whats the difference between ,sent box and outbox ???

This may sound daft but whats the difference ,,, i know sent box is items you have sent , but outbox has onlt a few items in it ,,,,,,,,,why are they there

i think outbox is what not been received yet and sent box stuff has been sent and received

Yes, Sent Items contains emails that successfully left (not nessescarily received by the recipient) your PC where Outbox contains emails waiting to go out.

To elaborate..

On PassionFord, an item you have sent goes to:

Recipients Inbox.
Your Outbox.

When the recipient actually OPENS the mail, it leaves your outbox and goes to SENTbox.

Its a very good system that enables you to know for a fact when a PM has been ACTUALLY READ

Ahh yes, I was assuming he was talking about email and not PM's

That's good to know, and I thought it was PF being slow in passing PM's on
