Default electronics experts...

i need to build a 30amp current controller that is temperature controlled, i.e if the temp goes up it allows more current to flow, downside is it needs to be 14v DC.
another downside is i have been away from electronics too bloomin long to either remember what i'm doing or even try to design summit from scratch.
anyone know if anything is available commercially that will easily controll a load from 5A to 30A ?? either via a ntc or a potentiometer ?

cheers in advance
