Its only if you download 3gb (on 20mb) between 4pm and 12 (midnight) they reduce the speed to 5mb down and 256 up for 4 hours.
Simple thing is to download after 12 (midnight) and stall it at 4pm

The most disappointing thing about all of it is that the upload is still WAY too slow, I know it's supposed to be asymmetrical (hence the A in ADSL) but they're taking the piss! With things like Youtube and Myspace becoming even more popular they really need to address our upload speeds.
