Hiya! Im after the torque settings for the crank caps bolts and conrod bolts from the cosworth workshop manual. I have a copy, but ive left it at my house and im at my dads rebuilding it. OOPS!

here you go mate this is from the manual

main bearing caps to cylinder block 87.5 to 101 nm (note loctite 270)?

conrod caps to conrod 55 to 60 nm

well in the maual that was on the 2wd engine section

4wd was the same settings but apply a bit of oil

they should be ok dry though mate

i meant i put a little oil on them. thanks again
