Great pics, I was there too, couldn't believe my luck. Had mentioned on the Sunday morning to the misses (who I had taken on her Birthday weekend to London to stop in the Waldorf Hilton and catch a show) that I would like to come to London for the start of the Gumball 3000 one day, it would be an awesome sight. Whilst in a shop in Regent Street, Alex Reade or something, sells lots of motorsport stuff, buying a Ferrari T-Shirt for my lad there was a guy at the counter with a black jacket on with "Rally Driver" in Gold on the back, thought I recognised it from last years Gumball. Looked over his shoulder to see Gumball stickers on the counter, over heard that it was starting today (Sunday) at 16:00 from Pall Mall. Well i'm not a selfish kinda guy and it was my misses Birthday weekend but i'm sorry, she had to be dragged out of the shop as fast as possible and hauled down towards Pall Mall, I wanna gonna miss this for the world. Anyway, fantastic day, awesome cars, and got to speak with JK and Exibit the F40 and Spyker IMO were the dogs knackers!!!

Considering that it began as a holiday romance, the Millen-Stanford partnership has been pretty successful. The Karen Millen brand has become the template for smart tailored designer wear at high street prices and the couple have clothed a generation of young career women. Millen met Stanford in Morocco, having finished a City & Guilds fashion course and finding herself at a loose end. Stanford was halfway through an engineering degree, which he hated. They decided to try the fashion business, and bought 100 metres of white cotton, for ÂŁ100, to make 100 shirts. They set up a sewing machine at the home of Millen's parents and got to work, initially selling at the equivalent of Tupperware parties run by friends and family. The pair, who live with their children in an 18th-century Kent house with a swimming pool, were hands-on retailers from their 1981 beginnings and today encourage weekly feedback from all their 50-plus British stores. Millen, 41, credits Stanford, 42, with the expansion. "I've just gone along with it," she says. In 2001 they sold 49% to Icelandic investors, retaining a 50% stake in trust. The deal effectively valued their sale proceeds and remaining stake at ÂŁ50m. Last year they bought the Whistles fashion chain for ÂŁ6.5m and opened several stores abroad.

Here's the ones I posted about:
Here's the ones I posted about:
Me and ryan went supercar stalking today, gumballers set off from Pall Mall in london at 4pm, Me and Ry found ourselves on a bridge shortly after J8 of the M20...
About 10-15 minutes ahead of the next best car was Alex Roy in the fake police M5... how he got this far ahead so soon is a mistery!
Then a few packs come through mostly escorted by the police, whom seemed pretty lapse as they where hacking it at the front of the convoys and allowing the gumballers to do the same (elegedly up to 120mph)
Dont see two monsters like these along side each other every day!
This friendly guy and a few of his mates stopped rite under us to say hi before promptly lighting the rears and heading off sideways up the hard shoulder!

This fella was on his own and seriously moving! (lets hope theres no corners on route judging by what JC says about em)
We know this man!
So after the front runners had passed we hopping in the car and coasted down to folkestone to try and catch some on the move...
well...
we took the junction 11A... little did we know this led you STRAIGHT to the eurotunnel tolls with no exit slip... didnt we feel daft...
its ok people where nice enough!
The kind lady at the booth gave us an exit card so we could drive straight through... as we where parked up in a bit on the exit this drove round!!!
The thing sounds immense and was apparently sick and going home... "to get another one!"

great pics . i too was up pall mall and had a blinding day. as said previously all of the old classic ferrari`s are all owned by one guy. also along with the enzo, f40 and some mad looking 4x4 porker (cayene i think) can tell this as all his cars having almost identical plates. no doubt it will be on telly in a few months time (usually men&motors and extreme), should have some good footage this year as there is a gumball helicoptor filming the whole trip.
no doubt il be back up london next week to see them return. if anyone needs too know, finish line is near westminster bridge/big ben i believe.

He must have been doing 120+..... we didn't try and keep with him
Excellent pics given you're trying to catch a moving object at 100mph
