hi all,

My friends got a field so im lookin for a cheap RWD car..around £500 to rag around the field....any ideas?

have an idea for £100 banger race, found a 1.8 sierra for £60.

find old bmw's merc's and such.

be even cheaper for an mot failure or similar

if its for raggin round a field, fuck £500!

buy a £50 shitter with no mot or tax and then get very, VERY fukkin pissed!

shit old sierras are like 57p, just weld the diff and away you go...

hey, even the fast ford drifty sierra will be up for sale soon, avo coilovers, eccentric top mounts etc, bucket seat you can buy that for £500 and know that ive cained the fuck out of it and it hasnt blown up!

Think most of them didnt either.

Either way, stock LSDs on most cars are lame anyhow.

Just weld up an open diff. If locked diffs were good enough for Dick Johnsons RS500, some of the V8 Supercar racers, Porsche 917 and 956 racers, anything Mark Donohue used to race, etc etc etc, its good enough for ragging a shitter round a field.
