still available from ford? its for a sapphire. i thought that they were. but this ebay ad says different.

i was thinking long cable tie..drill it use self tapping screws.job done.

i sold my 2nd hand set on ebay for £47

but ford nolonger list the retaing straps

all i did with mine was drill a very small hole in the small peg and used some fishing wire to tie it round

they did come off but wouldnt actually lose the due the the wire as its very strong

As stated above three of them are still available from Ford n/s rear iirc is the one thats now gone, I have about three new sets and they are mine all mine muwahhaaaaaaa
