Default Any wine experts around?

We have been given some old white wine, some is 20 yers old. Does it age like red does it will it be piss?

The white's my g/f's parents produce (Chardonay (not chav girls name! ), Reisling, Sauvignon Blanc) all turn after max of 3 years. We are quite fussy though but can still be used for cooking as it goes slightly acidic.

Reds as you say, different story.

BTW - Have been meaning to ask you, is that a Victorian plate on your car in the pic as it looks like it may say VIC vertically on the left side like my car?

Sorry I meant ours after 3 years are OK for cooking normally (rissotto etc), not sure about 20 years

Thought I recognised the text, I wonder where it is over here. On a mission to find out now as I do track days here.

Paul,

Old white wine is actually very good for cleaning alloy wheels, and also works well on glass/mirrors that have a build-up of grime......

We did go on holiday with them earlier in the year
