If all you can see is all that happened, it got off lightly

If it was a Ford demo car, it could also have been the one that the Fast Ford boys took to the Ring that I drove (thrashed ) back to back with a Focus RS to do a review on the two for the mag .

TBH Dave and Nick driving it are the least of Simon's worries. It's the pissed-up 'I am a driving god' local paper hacks who really cane the cars at press launches. They just couldn't give a fuck.

Thanks for the replies guys
It isnt my car so I am not too worried. I have the option to buy it cheap after 2 years.
As its had a rant, I dont feel so bad at ranting it a bit harder myself now
BTW, I love you PF Journos people really.

Europe are trying to stop employers insuring cars for employees under "cash for car" schemes, arguing that if it really is an allowance, the employer has no "beneficial interest" in the vehicle.
And all my ex-cars went back as ex-management rather than demo's or press fleet, but still have the makers name as first keeper on the logbooks.
Most of them were driven pretty sensibly most of the time!!!
