Default realplayer

just got a new cd from town. Tried to do a copy for myself to put in my car as they always get scratched. I used realplayer to load the cd on to the computer, then when i went to burn the cd it closed down. now every time i load it up it closes down

any ideas surely i havn't done anything wrong?

I use windows media player 11 to burn cds, never had a problem with it.

Have you tried media player 10-11?

had my computer for about 3 years now and last few months it keeps saying validate your copy of windows i wonder if this has anything to do with it, i just disconnected the net and it works fine. Must be due for a new copy of windows.

click start bar then "programmes" then click on "windows update" which will take you to the MS site and see if you can update via there, if you have problems then your copy of windows must be hooky havent you got a CD ?

Anyway that should not be the reason your having problems burning cds, like i said try windows media player or something other than realplayer( i dont like that anyway)
