Too many posts.. I need a life!!
the first pic looks more "GUMS" than "JAWS" 
amazing how they power out of the water. must weigh a ton, and to push itself UP and out must take huge effort. it's how they get seals.
still, they've been around since the dinosaurs almost, so they're pretty much perfectly evolved

been into greatwhite sharks since i was knee high..even got a set of jaws..
there illegal to buy now but my dad got me them from spain many moons ago.not that big but the fit over my head
also got all the books from FRANK MUNDAS The Inspiration For Quint In Jaws.

I don't think it is South Australia or even Australia though. Looks like Mike Rutzen, the fearless shark man:

If that had been Australia, that would have made front page news as contrary to what people think, attacks are not that common here and to have such awesome photos, would be front page material (unless they were taken friday and coming out on tomorrows paper).
Looks more like South Africa landscape as we are in the midst of one of our worst droughts in decades too. His T-shirt also has something "world" on it.
That flip in the air is a typical whale shot of this time of year where they migrate and is spectacular to see.

8m, I don't doubt at all as you can see from that pic with the guy standing in the museum, imagine the thing nudging your boat by accident and everyone ending up in the water

The sea scares the SHIT out of me,BIG TIME!!!!
When i was in Oz,all me mates went scubba diving,and had boat trips out on the coral reef to see this sort of thing,i stayed in the bar with the bags and towels!!!
