Does anybody have these torque settings handy?

ARP big end bolts

Standard main bearing bolts

Oh and also if possible the dial in figures for standard 4x4 cams?

Head bolts : 40nm / 80nm wait 20min then 110nm warm engine up to normal then cool down, then loosen a 1/4 then re-tighten to 110 one nut at a time. (this procedure works perfekt on my cars)

Crank : 90nm

Rods : 60nm

dial in figures for standard 4x4 cams? what does this mean?

If your really at it, then put the quaife one on top of the orriginal, then u can match them up no problem.

i can do that to get them near enough, but using a dti gauge with these pulleys i will be able to get the cam timing exactly 100% right. if i have the figs.

using the standard marks isnt over acurate.
