Default When Ive fitted MSD dizzy less setup to my engine

the dizzy is redundant right so is it OK just to lop the top off of the Dizzy or does somebody do a blank for the dizzy/oil driver and cam trigger WRC style, Brom still doing these?? While the timing signal is still used for the firing order I guess It still needs to be timed in with the cams and Crank
