Default MRS GOT ARRESTED BY ARMED RESPONSE POLICE

Police locked the Mrs up,got swooped upon and reason for all
this was she had a stand up argument with a jumped up toss pot
in a car park of a well known supermarket,
she stood her ground, then drove off,no fisticuffs no spitting etc
just cleared off, then nearly 6 months later it was 2 armed response
cars and 4 coppers,i know my mrs is a nutter but she isnt a armed
robber, then the plod start lying to me saying they put a note through
the door explaining,my last words were too her dont say anything
with out a brief, then she was gone.
the woman she had the argument with made a complaint and
said she fcukin clipped the car door with hers .
how the hell does that warrent a armed response?????
then we get a grilling "how come i have a a evo and a escort cos "
the drug squad have had a sniff around and can't find anything"
i must of been profiled and bingo i'm a drug dealer
they have gone and done it this time.

From what you have described, there was an argument in a car park and then an allegation of a road traffic accident.
Perhaps this is one reason this is why an armed response unit is dealing with it ? After all they are uniformed Officers who carry out normal traffic duties with a firearms support function. they attend all sorts of "routine" incidents when patrol officers are tied up.

I would imagine if there had been any suggestion of firearms at your address you would have had your front door put in in the early hours flexi cuffed with an MP5 in your face, so I wouldn't get too worried.

kas3dr why don't you contact your local Police Inspector with your information about the bobbies taking drugs. If you don't want to let me know their names and I'll do it for you. I certainly don't want to be working alongside any Officers like this.

Regards

Steve

The reason the police were there was not the incident in the car park, even if this is what they told you, std practice is to lead you to beleive it down to something other than someone "GRASSING" you up, so as not to create any problems with who you think may have done it(grassing).
This can be seen by the fact that the DRUG squad were there, no doubt with their dogs, I assume that they searched your cars as well ?
Police do not come round six months later, it would not be in their interests to do so as a lot of evidence by then will be lost, but it shows only that a complaint was made by this other lady.
If you think back carefully they will be unlikleyto have ACTUALLY said the reason for the VISIT was the car park thing, more led you to assume it was, especially with notes that they had put through your door!!
I had a incident where I did not stop for a POLICEMAN in his unmarked own car(merc cabrio), who did not get out the car diod not show any badge or sound horn or wave etc, but I was visted by the police for "REFUSING TO STOP", oh and he was not in uniform either.
I had no idea he was a policeman, think he was pissed after me hitting 140 on the A11, and leaving him behind ?, even had the POLICE CHOPPER, overhead circling, I waved in case it gets on POLICE CAMERA ACTION.
I was searched as was my car, nothing found, they use this kind of ploy when they have been given information about drugs guns etc, as there are so many HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS getting in the way these days.
They could never in amillion years justify that response to a car park incident, especially six months later.
TRUST ME they were after drugs etc as you have a jealous neighbour/ex etc.

You dont think 2 cars and 4 AR officers was a little to much? for that it should have been 1 car and 2 normal officers. Why put someone under that amount of stress for such a petty thing to start with?

Total waste of police time imo.

I have seen how 'Professional' some ARU are i to say i was disgusted is and under estimate!

Yes on the face of what the Cozfather has said, 4 Officers seems a little excessive. However, I don't know what, if any, dealings Cozfather has had in the past with Police. If he or his missus has encountered the Police before whether these ended in a scrap, or whether Police have any intelligence that there may be firearms at the address.

I wouldn't like to speculate further as I don't know Cozfather or his family at all and I may be speaking out of turn.

As for Tabethas suggestion, if the Police had carried out a search of his house with the drugs squad then they would have needed a warrant, and if this was the case Cozfather would have a copy. perhaps he can clear this up. They would not have been able to search the property under any other powers once his missus was arrested on the incident he has described.

There are always two sides to every story especially ones involving the Police. I once heard from a mates new girlfriend how her local country pub had been raided by a team of Riot Police who came rushing through the door with their batons out 5 minutes after closing time, threatened the licensee and said they were going to arrest some bloke who asked the time. She was shocked, disgusted with the Police etc etc
When I asked her a few questions it turned out I had visited the pub on that night. I was one of two officers who went into the pub after a report of a domestic assault, I was wearing my normal uniform, spoke to the licensee to see if he knew anything about it, and as he didn't I and my colleague began to walk out. Some bloke then called me a black cunt to which I took exception to and so I politely asked to speak to him in a more private place. He refused, so I had no choice but to tell him he would be locked up if he said anything like that to me again and it was only because I had another job to go to that I wasn't taking him away there and then. He apologised and I left the pub.
Hardly the same story my mates new girlfriend told.

I don't get the police hating so obviously displayed on this forum... on one hand people complain when they do the job, and they get yanked for speeding... yet moan when they have a row with the neighbours or a car gets damaged that the police don't do enough.

There are good and bad mechanics, drivers and unfortunately police but to paint every copper with the same brush is unfair as many want to do the job to the best of their ability's however the red tape they so often have to deal with along with many community's resistance to assist them makes it a remarkably difficult job.

Give em a break

Cozzfather - I'm sure there are some elements of truth in what he has typed but there is also a lot of rubbish / emisions of facts. Its people like this that stir up tension and problems. I personally don't believe a word of what you're typed as it smells like bullshit to me.

Steventoon - excellent example of how people like to tell their side of the story but forget to include a few key facts.

Its amazing how something can be made to look when you only get one (usually very biased) side of the story.

Did the police actually have their guns drawn? Or were there sidearms holstered or still sitting locked up in the back of the car? ARV's are only armed response cars when they need to be, just normal traffic cars at other times.

All the police etc. that turned up does sound quite harsh but you have no idea what the woman has told the police. For them to send that many cars it must be something quite serious as they wouldnt send all those officers just to take your wife in for questioning. And they certainly wouldnt have sent an "armed" response unit unless one of the people they were going to arrest was known for using weapons or weapons had been reported by someone.

I dont have a problem with the the vast mojority of the Police. infact i have got a few mates who are in the Police.

What i do have a problem with, is when a job is not done right, seeing miss use of power or to a level i see as dangerous.

j
THEY BLEEDIN LIED TO ME.
i asked a straight question, could they not post a request in the post box
regards a visit to the station to get the matter cleared up.
2 police cars and 4 coppers and they had been observing the house
for 4 hrs,as one of them told the driver to hurry up as he needed a
leak at the station, what a waste of time.
and yes it probably gets up some peoples noses that i have some
nice cars and a good house, but why have the attitude he must
be a villan
it was nothing to do with me but they have done a observation
and seen the house and cars and thought he must be a wrong un.
its great isn't it, your mrs gets arrested for a stupid alledged
incident in a supermarket car park, and officer jimbo gets affronted.
well jimmy you must know a lot about bull shit.
the police have gone right down in my estimation.
now if your a police officer please note i have not said all coppers
are this and that,as i have met some really nice ones, but this
incident has left me fuming.
its officers like that, which ruin the reputation of the good ones

So let me get this right. Police observe your house for 4 hours, then arrive with two armed response units and search it all because your missus scratched a car in a car park. You can't just observe someones house. It takes a days paperwork completing the forms and a superintendants authority to comply with the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 before you can conduct observations on anyone. I can asure you that this can not be authorised to watch the house of someone who scratched a car!

Something don't add up mate. Either there is something very important you have forgetten to tell us about your criminal activities or things didn't happen exactly as you claim. So which one (or both) is it?

I understand you're pissed as your missus has been nicked but there is no need to ramp the story up for a bit of sympathy.

look my mrs gets carted away by 2 cars and 4 coppers,
they were armed response, just to clear up they did not have
weapons out, but they were armed response officers with the
small baseball caps on with police on, they had been asking my neighbours questions
like what does he(me) do,in other words how does a bloke like
me have all that lot,now its clear to me that some individuals who
drive evos get profiled, and i think i was profiled.
they just came into the house to arrest the wife, all 4 of them.
they told my mrs they had been keeping observsations as they had
came round previously to arrest her but no one was in,so this time
they were not going with out her no matter how long it was going to take.
that jim is a waste of police time and money.
a simple note through the door asking for a visit to the station
and this would not be on here for everybody to see.
the arresting officers mate lied to me and said they had.
i think the woman who had the row with my mrs either knows a copper
or is shagging one to get them round the way they did.
the police did not have the dog at the house when they arrested my
mrs as it had already been and gone, with nothing to find.
tell me jim have you never heard of a sniffer dog sniffing
someones cars and then splitting quick, with out any body realising
whats going on.
one of the officers said to my mrs they had been checking out all my
cars, and had been keeping observations .
your attitude jim is not very good, you need to try and switch off
from work mode, and if someone says somthing about the police
not get all arsey if you don't like it

mate the old bill dont do that for a minor case at all !!!

for a start it would be a 6am wake up call ( ive got mates who have had a few)

for that situation they would have sent a letter at somepoint then if ignored looked at whats worth doing,,,, usually they leave it or if theres a conviction then they would arrest you,,,,, again would be in the morning

they cant search a house without a warrant or a car,,, there needs to be a history of criminality

think you have over done the story or you got previous/ mix with another crowd

Traffic Cops a waste of space ? Well try telling that to a berieved family who has had someone close to them killed by a drink driver or someone driving dangerously. Who do you think recovers dismembered bodies, delivers the death message and conducts the investigation that will hopefully lead to someone being convicted.

I suggest you think before you write next time. But if you think you could do a better job then why don't you join up or become a Special Constable, I'm sure the country would be a safer place with a smug twat like you in the force.

However looking at your spelling in a previous post about firearms and I quote
"do thease things shoot through sand bags with enimy hiding behind em?

and my mate at work told me that if an enemy had hidden behind a rock/bolder you just shoot directly at them and it can CHEW THROUGH THE ROCK

dunno if thats true but by the power of the thing on the vids it looks posible"

I'm not sure you'd pass the Janet & John spelling test. Now who's the CUNT

I have had experience of the POLICE, and been inside for a "FREE" holiday five times, actualy I quite liked it, but that's not the point.
I have yet to meet an EX COP who has anything good to say about them as a WHOLE FORCE.
I am very good freinds with the copper that nicked me, and got me 3 months free holiday, it does not even cross my mind that it was anything personal.
There are good and bad, but there is also a lot of crap they have to put up with, and personally I think on the whole they do a good job, but some are very inhuman, which does not the public to trust them, and the system does not help, whereby you are expected to got o court to be counted as a witness and divulge your details in front of accused.
CID std practice is not always to get authority for obbos, soemtimes this is not done, the same as your phone can now be tapped without a COURT ORDER, just a certain policemans say so.
When the POLICE start towing the line, public trust and more importantly faith might start to restore, I see weekly the police break the law which they are only too happy to nick others for.
There is also a MASSIVE DIFFERENCE in the way you are treated depending on wether you have a record or not, in my experience.
BTW I got in trouble over the POLE TAX RIOTS MAINLY for criminal damage.
In my experience the courts system also depends on who can tell the most convincing lie + WHO YOU ARE.
Situations like the yorshire copper who stopped on his way to a GRADE 1 to get a chinese ?, he did not lose his job, how does this make the public have faith.
One other reason why the police do not like me is because they think I am responsible for speed cameras being destroyed, but I would never destroy a camera in a correct location that has seen accidents.
The one in EAST DEREHAM was erected after a "ACCIDENT" which saw a 10 year old boy suffer a broken arm, after falling off his bike on the pavement!!, it is logged as a RTA as the ambulance was called, as is the procedure.
Ever notice how the speedcam vans aprk on the pavement to gather evidence, thought parking here was illegal ?, though they have to find room as there can be too many police cars parked there!!

ps two of my cousins are coppers, one bent one ok.
A bullet will not go through a large rock though it CAN crack it, but neither will a BULLET PROOF vest stop a ROUND from certain rifles, BELGIAN FN for example

Hardly the same story my mates new girlfriend told.[/quote]

If they really though there were firearms at the address they'd have
turned up with 250 just like in Forest Gate last year

cozzfather
the police did not have the dog at the house when they arrested my
mrs as it had already been and gone, with nothing to find.
How the hell did the police dog get into your house, search it without you knowing if this took place before your missus got arrested?

I'm sure you're a lovely chap but the account you give is extremely biased. I'm not a massive fan of the Police myself and am aware there are some petty, lazy officers out there but I do take offence when people like you come on here and start bleeting on about this and that. Its plainly obvious to everyone that your have either not told the full facts or blatantly lied about what happened. This seems par for the course when people like you have an axe to grind. All it does is stir up resentment and distrust
