Default Is it possible to sleeve the small end of forged con rods?

Basically i've got a set of forged pistons with 19mm gudgeon pins and i've found a set of forged rods that are shorter than any others and will give me the compression ratio i'm after.

However - the little end of the rod is 13/16" which is 20.6375mm - is it possible to either machine the piston to accept the larger gudgeon pin or to fit a sleeve into the little end of the con rod and then machine it to 19mm and use the original pin and piston?

have you measured the little end bush yet? i know they need reaming to fit the pin properly, although i doubt there is quite that much meat to start with.....maybe you could find a company who manufactures the little ends and have some made especially. ??

Get some made. I had Farndon make me a set. I sent a gudgeon pin from the piston and the rods and they made me some phosphor bronze little end bushes.

If there is enoguh meat on the roids they can be taken out then brought back to size, a sleeve of anythung ar ound a mm is not going to work, I would be very surprised if there was not enough meat though to have this done.
