Default engine loom question.

right my car is acting itself. I have another engine loom to go on but the car has a Meta Cat1 alrm and immobiliser.
If i take the engine loom off and put a new loom on will it effect the alarm?
is it maybe best to get an auto electrician to swap the looms over?
help cos i havnt got a clue

When i removed the engine loom from my 2wd sapphire i found that the clifford immobiliser cut into the coil wiring and ran into the drivers side bulkhead.
