IT's not the case of getting a slap for telling who was involved but i think if the people involved wanna tell what happened then it's up to them,as that's the only way you will get the truth,

The girl who got hit though fooking fair play to her for standing up to the person & saying what she did
As for the guys car As said already a shame that someone's car got damaged over something that didn't concern them & just there like everyone else for a night out!
