What is everyone expecting to happen then?
Ive not read a great deal about it so far, anyone out there got any good info on it?

If he can prove it does only cost them 2.50 and not the 38 they charged surely he has a good chance of winning?

They must be getting nervous. I got £3223 back today, asked for 4k, but settled for the offer. HBOS has paid up quick smart, which is unusual considering in Scotland the most you can go for is £750 in small claims and I didn't even have to threaten it. Happy days, glad now I misspent my youth, the RST was worth it
