Anyone know the reason why she's not a mod on there anymore and why the subsequent ban? Some shits meant to have gone down but I don't know what

one of the admin has probably gotten too big for their boots and, rather than accept that most of the stuff has been not their work, has removed her mod status, and then, because she's complained about it, has banned her because they are now in league with the dark side of the force, even though the dark side was supposed to have been banned months ago

opps, i don't know why she'd have been banned, they were just theories based on similer experiences in the past

Used to love MIG, and Zoe was one of the more reasonable mods on there - can't believe they've banned someone who's given such good service.

Just wondering the reasons behind it.

Some forums become to big for there own boots mate. www.nwford.co.uk for example. Was a very good powerful forum for what it was a year ago. They banned me because I said the word arse even though I had been saying it for years.... In a year it has gone from 300+ posts a day to just 4.

 

Dojj's description is basically spot on as far as im aware.

 

No shit went down, i was dropped as a mod mike wouldn't couldnt be bothered to explain or show me why, he gave a reason to something i'd done wrong a year ago. so i got pissed off with him, I then said what thought of them a few pm's later He then told me he was adding me onto his ignore list.

I did start a thread after a few drinks but you cant understand a word of it which got me gagged for two weeks, Mike pm'd me here have 14 days cooling off for being anti mig.

So i told him i called him a tosser not mig and that the place was going down hill due to his ego and sticking head in the sand now i'm banned, all this was over pm.

 

That "you are anti mig" thing is a fucking classic line, its like something straight out of a nazi regime, if you disagree with anything they say at all, you are instantly stuck on the list of "people against the site" irrelevant of any actualy facts.

I got told by brett today I was anti-mig, and that he wants me to be removed from the site because of it, the reason, cause I called him two faced for refering to me as a cunt in the mods room, and then being all pally to me in public.
apparently that means that because I disagree with people being twofaced cunts behind closed doors that im instantly out to destroy a website that Ive put a lot of time and effort into helping promote over the years.

The blind arrogance of the mods on there when it comes to making the massive leap from someone thinking they are a cunt to assuming (because they cant possibly except someone thinks they are a cunt just for the simple reason that its cause they actually ARE a cunt) it must mean they are out to destroy the entire community.


We are SO fucking lucky here on PF by comparison!

I used to go on MIG quite a bit a few years ago, it was alright back then; it was arrogant twats like Tom 'up his own arse' Williams that put me off. They really do love themselves over there.
