Please dont just slate the scoob because its a scoob, give an argument to which you would have.

So i have been offered a swap with my 2002 WRX against a Audi tt quattro 225bhp.

Forgetting any millage difference, whats your views??

Theyre both worth simular amounts i would say.

Audi might be easier to shift for cash money as theres millions of scoobies.

BUT-maybe I am contradicting myself as they guy wants a swap for a reason.


I think you might be quite disapointed with the TT to be honest mate....

Go for a drive and you'll know.

personally, I'd have the audi for looks/style/comfort/reliablilty/presence

The TT is good, but not even in the same legue perofmance wise to a wrx.

I'd keep the wrx myself.

there worlds apart really...although the TT has 225bhp it is sooooo heavy that it's just not fast at all...just nippy really.

but it's very comfy with good spec and it is still a good looking car with a bit of prestige about them IMO.

You can remap the tt to 300bhp which should make it more then 'nippy'...

I personally would have the audi.

They look awesome with 20" wheels.

I agree - I wouldn't have a TT - period - for that exact reason. They have a really 'estate agent' poncy image and whilst I've never driven one they don't seem to be any great shakes behind the wheel either from what I hear.
