go to certain web pages and they just dissapear ie rsoc and avo and lots of others which i would normally be able to see.

active x seems to appear quite alot....what is it and why does it appear now rather than the last 3 years of using the pc.

have lots of pop ups which i have ad-ware to get rid off.

helppppppppppp me pleeaaaaaaseeeeeee.

 

thanx for your help guys.........just uninstalled ntsearch and so far it seems to be ok.
