Bought some stolen pads Paul ?

Could be related to m/c size now needing to push more fluid

sticking rear sliders,or even fronts for that matter would not create these symptoms though would they?
particularly if ony standard rears but 6 pots fronts, why there are so many folk on here at the moment giving folk false or missleading advice is beyond me!

exactly, common cause on ap kits modified on to standard uprights is the disc running out of true and instead of the pad moving of fractionally when the peddle isnt pressed they get "knocked" back further by the disc not running true, the same thing happens if you go over a very bumpy section of road,

use group A uprights so your caliper and disc are bolted on properly,

or what is done on most group N rally cars is stronger springs behind the pistons, evo's suffer really badly from this even on standard calipers.

TBH they are perfect other then that.. I've done less then 1k miles on them. It feels like fluid movement on the pedal rather then a click.

Maybe its where I'm used to my Beemers brakes and these AP's bite a lot earlier?

Also I did bleed my front brakes recently but not the rears could that be related?

does the car still have to be level to bleed the brakes ..

i had the same issues with my old d reg rsturbo ..

if you jack the car up to bleed the brakes it wont work ..

something about load compensator issues

the car has to be flat level to bleed the brakes ..
