I was wondering if anyone on here has used the 65mm or 70mm billet alloy throttle body that focus central sell? I was reading PF and noticed that it says Ian Howell is not a fan of it, any idea why? Also does anyone have any idea where the guy who owns the norwegian wrc cossie got his 3.5" TB from? Thanks Rick Draper

90mm thats gotta be way ott.

Too big of a throttle body will ruin throttle responce, 60mm is good for over 600hp.

If you are into BIG TB's then check with Summit Racing in the USA they have som really big ones...

Or get one from a Porsche 928 its 90mm aswell...

Thanks, dont really want a 3.5" one but thought that if i found out where he got his one from then they might do smaller ones. Looking at the focus central ones i think. Rick

What application is it for including predicted horsepower?

Vauxhall 2ltr 16 valve, running autronic and aming for 450bhp. Thanks Rick

IMO better off with a standard cossie(or whatever) 60mm TB then. (thats if the Vauhall one is too small.)
