Default Mixing Oils of different viscosity's

Just about to service the passat tdi and couldn't remember what oil I was already using so I have a new tub of Castrol GTD @10w 50 and a 1/4 of a tub of Castrol GTD magnatec @ 15w 50. Rather than bin the 15w 50 I'll probably use it to top up as and when.

Is it going to cause any probs mixing them?. I personally don't think so but would be interested to hear peoples views.

Bearing in mind this is a run around which doesn't owe me anything

Ta
