I think most of them actually have their heads screwed on quite well!

Apart from the guy who went searching for the lowest figures he could find for the FRS and came out with 190bhp and 181lb/ft

I thought a fair few RS's came out with MORE power than stated by Ford. As for the guy on about loads being written off due to the dangerous torque steer, lmao, what a nob jockie.

You hear sooo much bullshit with the torque steer thing. Ok, I have yet to drive a FRS but everytime one is mentioned you hear things like "Clarkson nearly wrote on off on a test drive for top gear" and "they are undriveable on the road" etc etc!!!

Quite funny really.. All obviously from hear-say purely after the Top Gear review!

Never heard so much shit in my life.

My mates got a VR6 and I left him for dead in 3rd in my cab and what was that running?? 190bhp??

Bellwipes. VW are like fucking sherman tanks with the tracks took off them, heavy as fuck. I doubt even an R32 would stand a chance. Then again, I did chew a focus RS up and spit it out in my stage 1 saph.

Suppose its alll down to the driver

Spiky - Absolutely fine mate, I have a Mini with a 1293 MG lump in on 13 x 7 wheels and that pulls loads more. You can definately tell it's got a quaiffe in there when driving it on the edge down small lanes but it's no hastle imo + driving it is so much fun for a 'modern' car anyhow, I love it. The thing that makes me laugh is, it's there for a reason + I would love for some of these people to have a go in one without the diff, it probably wouldn't keep the power down any where near as well.

Motorways etc is fine, just like any other car.
