yes the supressor needs to be removed and connect the 2 green wires.
Don't think it's going to work, this has to be done before instalation see step 1A

You have plugged the ecu back in properly ?

Continuous sparking is a symptom of a missing earth or open circuit
on the ignition amplifier driver inputs.

You cant put it back to original ignition as the ecu will need changing back.

Forget the fuel regulator noise, thats normal and nothing to do with this.

Try this...

Turn ignition off.
Unplug ECU.
Turn ignition on. (no need to tray and start engine)
Do plugs still spark. If so how often ?

WTF - No dash lights ?????????????????????

The ecu unplugged should not affect any dash lights - Dont understand that. !

The car has been running before you did this ?

Does it have an imobiliser and is it disabled ?

as simon has said unplugging the ECU has nothing to do with the dash lights, sounds like an immobiliser or a blown fuse?

I dont think its the coil but try it anyway to eliminate it.
The earths are on the loom on the inlet manifold.
2 or more large brown wires.
Follow the loom back from injector 1 until you find them.

As you have changed the injectors, it is possible you MAY have disturbed
them or unbolted them without realising.

Double check everything again.

If the dash lights dont work you have other problems !!!
