Not sure there is such a thing as "the best" picture. And I definetly dont like that picture!
Its too blatent. Its about creating the emotional simile between the attacks and World War 2.
A picture I found thought provoking was this one
Because, right at that moment. America realised that it wasnt just a tragic accident. That it was a deliberate attack.
