i also have no head work either, so standard ports for good torque loads of boost and bd14 cam. One of Stu's chip's, all set up by the legend that is Mark Shead

Harveys 400hp engine build uses a T34.55.

Obviously 400hp on the dyno so relistically 380 ish in the car which goes with what you are looking for

noted the turbo also has a gt32 compressor wheel, apparently it helps

been out of the cossie scene for a while now but when i had my .55 from TT it couldnt run more than 26psi without cracking the ex housing really badly.

also the TT one isnt a true .55 housing.
