Is it just me? or do most (4 out 5) suppliers struggle to supply you with the stuff they say they can.

eg, Pistons 10 weeks, head gasket 8 weeks, wheels had to go on back order, tyres out of stock, valves said in stock now on back order, cams 8 weeks, used engine 3 weeks, metal supplies 10 days, injectors 2 weeks, machine shop said 1 week but 3 have passed.

All said the parts were in stock or they would get straight on it!

Sorry I am just a bit miffed off!

OK my valve turned up this morning BUT WITH ONLY 8 COLLETS, AND SHIMS INSTEAD OF SPRING CAPS. SO LATE AND WRONG

just got to piss you off that kind of service mate, if they not doing the deed in time ask for a discount for the hassle

bucket seats that on the website say there "in stock" & when they come there the totally wrong seat so another 3 month wait & they arive in the wrong colour, but they left the old ones so i never complained

everytime the local Ford dealership say they are 'showing one in stock' on the system, it's either non existent when i get there or the wrong part someone has returned previously cos it's wrong
Luckily there are 2 other dealerships nearby lol
