erm help please

the birds Audi A3 quattro has just died!! told her she should have bought a ford!

there is no life in it what so ever, nothing works, nothing lights up just dead!

it has been working fine up until now and this has just happened

need to get it running before we finish work so we can get home n get out on the piss

guessing its something to do with the bty, gonna get some jump leads n try that & also try cleaning all the contacts. what else?

don't worry about the terminal block, it's just for power distribution, just clamp the jump lead onto the battery terminal

don't know how the immobiliser will react to having a dead battery though

Those fuseboxes have a real nasty habit of corroding away underneath. Usually the green fuses melt, especially the A/C one!

Mine gave up in the same way, no power to anything. 35 qiud from the dealer.
