To be honest mate , there all crap , and big items now cost a fortune to pick up or deliver as couriers are adding a sur charge on big bulky items

I have just changed to business post , and there no bloody better than my last courier

for big items we use postvan.co.uk if weve sold anything, they picked 2 doors up off us that were a bastard to pack, and they arrived there nothing damaged
