CB3 shows the actual cambridge area on Multimap. Living round here and actually working here for a while I can say I have never heard of it.
But I whacked it in google and there is this place/road in the PE3 area Peterborough.

As alot of you know, I have been scammed on Ebay twice lately. Once with a phone I sold and once with a phone I bought.
I have been doing some investigating tonight and one of the early emails I got regarding the phone I bought, invited me to either pay by Paypal or mail the payment to an address and this is the address he gives....

As the mail it is on is one of the standard ones that businesses on Ebay send, why on earth would he give a dodgy address? I might have sent the payment there!!
He has been telling me all along that it's his daughters account and that she is in hospital, but everything I have had comes in his name including the request for user information from Ebay.

The postcode is invalid as Im sure you already know.
The nearest eyrescroft is as said Peterborough and your postcode listed has no familiar details to the one one multimap.
