Locking Wheel Nut Removal - Urgent
Does anyone have any tricks for getting locking wheel studs out,
I am particulary interesting in tips on how to get the Grayston Engineering ones off. They have 4 little pins that locate into 4 holes in the wheel stud
Some person with a small penis and a brain to match either gunned up or torqued up the wheel studs on my missus car after fitting a pair of tyres so tight I now cant get the fooker off...
And I've just spent a couple of hours this afternoon fitting new disks & pads... and at the moment the job is half done and I just want to kick some one square in the sack...
Because if I cant get it off its going to have to go to Kwik Fit in the morning and they are going to charge to remove it....
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh !!!

tis similar to this
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LOCKING-WHEEL-...QQcmdZViewItem,
Actually looking at the nuts, it doesnt look like it will work,
Have you tried hammering on a socket over the wheel nut? worked for me when i lost my locking nut on my old RST

depends what you have to hand, you can weld a nut on and try to undo that, or warm it up with a torch*.
If your feeling really brave you can try chiseling it off or at least loosening it so you can get something on it*.
Or as above, try a cheap socket you dont need and twat it on with a lump hammer*.
* = saftey diclaimer, I'm not responsible..............

thanks for the advice guys.. 'n' gal.. I knew it was going to involve violence of some sort or another.... although I would have liked to inflict it on the spanner munkee who did it up rather than the stud itself.
And the lockers are going in the bin... they're rubbish !

those ones are a fucker to get of as there is no where to put the nut to actually remove the wheel nut thats stuck
if anyone actually looks at the picture they will understand this
on those the only way to get them off if they are done up too tight is to drill the heads off
if you've lost the key then it's much easier
hope you get itoff without to much violence, but i can't see it myself

I've got the 'key' but its worn and the holes in the stud are worn so as soon as you put on a lot of pressure it just slips out... fooking thing

Well....
Big Up Chairman Steve... !!
He administered his own special type of violence and it was all over in a matter of seconds...
took him longer to find the socket that was about to receive the abuse..
Cheers Steve
