brake disc question?
got an escos here with 355mm ap front brake set up.should there be a bit of "play" or "float" between the brake disc and the bell? or should they be completely tightened together.
also just found on the brake disc cooling fins a couple of made up metal clips on 3 of the fins, they look handmade and arent tight????
never had this set up before and they are relatively new but were fitted by someone else.
thanks in advance

If brakes bought from REYLAND thye will be pukka correct, may be floating discs ?, in which case yes there should be a small amount of movement, as they "FLOAT", if a noraml bolt together bell they should not have movement, where does the bell mount to the disc, if on outer face inner edge, they are not floaters, as these mount radially normally, so there can be a "SPRUNG" section linking the two components together.
