Just wondering what plp have done to take the piss once you have handed in your notice at work.I have a month notices.And have my new job 100%.
Some may say thats being silly. But my place have been complete tossers towards me over the last few years..

I got in today to find a hole in my work bench. Where the supervisor had put a hammer through it in a stress yesterday when i wasnt in PMSL..
When I ask him wtf is a hole doing in my bench he tells me to back off lol.Thats how stupid the place is.

So what others done once they have handed it in ???

The day i handed my notice in after 4.5years was the only day i had been late in all that time. I didnt even do it on purpose just slept in, no one said a thing. Still catch up with most of the lads even after 4years and my old boss still offers me my job back everytime he see's me.

Had my ups and downs when i was there but boss was sound about me joining the RAF, so didnt want to take the piss when i left.

VPN'd into my bosses computer and started doing google searches for goat porn whilst he was away from his desk!

I knew he was going to find out about it - more of a laugh than vindictive!

Thing is with the place I work at it was a real good company to work for going back 2 years.. I was happy there no problems.. Next min they change the managment about.. Move the guy in charge of the shop floor who was a good man and put 3 supervisors in charge of the 11 people who work on the floor..

The 3 supervisors were people that worked on the floor who had no people skills what so ever.. . The job was not offered to other workers they where just put them into the poistion.. That started a few rows with plp who had been there 30 odd years who had not even been asked if they were intrested..

Since then the place has been like a prison. With these 3 supervisors watching everyone and talking to people like dirt.. Management dont care even if you tell them how they act..

A worker got suspended for a week for using threatning words towards a supervisor. He was on the guys case and watching him and being a twat so this guy just flipped..

But its ok for a supervisor to smash my work bench up in a stress and thats deemed ok by management..

I bet you lot think I work at a right nut house!

I told my old company i was leaving once i got payed, on pay day they phoned me up that morning and said i am working so and so place the weekend and next week and i said no i aint i have left as off now lol all ready had another job sorted

Move everything around, take things and put them where they shouldnt be, mess the staff room up, put the coffee in the fridge and the milk in the cuboard etc

We had the cleaners put prawns behide a cupboard at our place, took weeks to find out where the smell was coming from.

if you are at all computer savvy...go onto someones machine who you dislike and open microsoft word. set up some autocomplete rules... example:

set a rule that substitutes the word "and" for "arse" for instance

so every time they type "and" in word (and possibly outlook, depending on who set it up) it will type "arse" without even prompting

I'm quite lucky the industry I work in, when ever someone hands in their notice you tend to get paid until the end of the month and can finish immediately.

I work in Haulage, and all it takes is a little mention of going to VOSA and employers will throw money at you to keep quiet. Nobody wants the ministry crawling all over their operation and pulling trucks in off the road to be checked.

Everyone that has left here gets to leave immediately with full pay. As a result most folk hand in their notice at the start of the month.

I have used all my days up which is a bugger.
But start of next month I have the full 25 days.
But been told by H&R that if I hand my notice in tomorrow I have to work till the 13th March unless the company let me bail off early which I will be gunning for .

You wont get paid holiday for them 25days though.. YOU have to acoumulate them.... i think im on 1.8days a month.. but if i had 3days hoilday in my 1st month,and left,then they WILL take that back off you..

As for gettin them back,SIMPLE!! Just burn the fuckin place down!!!

I transfered every database id done for our sales team onto discs an took them with me, wasnt letting them keep the work id done haha.

Yeah is a shame about the days Im just gonna see if they will let me go early as ive been there 6 yrs worth a try.

Not much data base wise I can take bar aload of test results but means nothing to anyone else.

Some companies have a policy where all of the work you've done that is related to the company belongs to them.

So if anyone here fancy doing it, check the contract! Don't want to see you getting sued.

Get yourself down the fishing Tackle shop and get a couple of pints of Maggot Casters and leave them with the lid off somewhere hidden.. give it a while and millions of blue bottles... or if you want to go for the jungle type thing, then buy yourself a couple of box's of crickets from your local reptile stole and the chirping will keep them entertained for months

the only down side was i was waiting outside the fucking shop for 4 hours on a saturday whilst we had to wait for the gaffer to come FROM BRIGHTON to open up the shop,,, and call out the alarm tech to change the code again
