How hard is it to replace drums with discs....
I would like some rear discs on my car as I think it will look better than them drums as there all rusty and look tacky, how hard is it to change from drums to discs? Is it a swap from one to the other or alot more parts needed/complicated? If it's easy I will do it but if it involves alot of work then I wont as there's not much point.

Should be easy job, you just need the parts from a model that has rear discs.
I bet there's a post somewhere (maybe on a focus forum) that lists all the parts you need.
