I wouldnt bother mate, its a Renault so it will get faster anyway when the bits start falling off making it lighter!!

I took one for a test drive last year and to be honest I didnt see what all the fuss was about.

Had nitrous (75bhp jets) in my r 19 16v. Went very well till it killed the gearbox and busted a piston. One progressive controller and new gearbox later it was very quick and reliable.

I drove a mate Clio 16v years ago and was a superb car. The Williams is supposed to be a better car again.

I cant slag Renault build quality i had one for 2years and nothing went wrong with it in that time.

Had a william clio 7years ago 1 of my favourite cars ive ever owned redlined for 3 years solid never used oil always looked fresh as a daisy handled superb out of the box crackin car in every aspect with the strengthend subframe and 2.0l engine it was awesome in its day !!!

Ultra reliable ball joint snapped after knocking for 6 months my own fault causing driveshaft to sheer out and snap wing and front bumper off cost me a lot of money for ignoring a simple Ł7.48 ball joint

Dont think ive ever owned a car that took as much abuse as that did everyday it was so addictive!!!

Engine spot on if anything gearbox was a big weak link as always renault boxes are 1st gear in the glove box and 2nd on the back seat somewhere !!!! lol!!!!!!!!!!!!

As said, the Williams is a 2ltr, the 'Valver' as its known is the 1.8

Dont bother tuning for power imo, not worth it and even spending big money you wont get decent power that other cars will for half the price.

What the Williams does is handle like a Go-Kart. Stripped and wise suspension mods will see them destroy much faster cars on tight circuits. Take a stupidly tight track like Haynes and not much will beat one.
