Default Can you have too low an ACT?

Was just thinking as it seems ACT's are always being brought up to be the bee all and end all of turbo cars. I know it's important not to have them sky high but I was under the impression that as long as they were kept under 40deg things were hunky dorey.

Yes you can, but you won't encouter them in this country. The mixture has to be richend, as the fuel droplets are larger and do not combust as completely; fuel can also start to drop out of the mixture and condense on inlet walls.

I started to lose power over 40 deg C...

All sorted now tho...new cooler can hold them in the 30's

anything over 40 needs improving, but the lowness is crazy low that you wont see in the UK, so to summarise, no
