Do you remember Mungus from here......well he was selling the G plate S2 in white with the 17" Imolas????

Well I have a chance of buying that car 2moz from a guy in Manchester for Ł2700. Does anyone know much about the history of the car? Its on 110K miles with a full rebuild a few years back.

It does sound extremely tapperty at 3K RPM.....could the cam be on the way out? Also, the passenger side footwell is sopping wet, is this a bad sign?

What other things should I look for? From the outside it looks immaculate!

lol....
the heater matrix (little rad thing or one of its pipes, that pumps hot air into the car) probli fucked if its the passenger footwell if i remember rightly, fucking antifreeze ive had the same.... bought a new blue top, felt my foot getting damp, looked down and id aquired an orangey brown wet top.... bit of radweld sorted it.

pics? i know mungus looks after his cars and woul dprob of sorte dhtis problem if it wa sa rust leak, so prob is heater matrix! dont mind it bein on imola's either, thought it was RS7spokes or Khan's

I had a red S2...then a white S2...then sold it for an E30 325i Sport....now getting this RS!
