Righty o i might get mine booked into msd the next time i'm home just to give it the once over, cause i dont know if its just me expecting to much from it or if the car is supposed to perform as it is

So when my speedo is reading 140mph with the 18" it would probably be reading 150 ish with standard wheels, thus pulling the speedo a bit more into reality

Mike, it was just under, and I have my excuses (they're good ones though ) Speedo was showing about 2-3 mph more than the Datron gear @ that point. Me and Chris also went past a cop car at highly illegal speeds, but don't think they can do much @ Brunters
Wheels size doesn't matter so much as the overall diameter/circumference of the tyre.

Next time i'm home i'm going to see about getting the small bubbles sorted on the boot lid and tidy a few ver minor issues out ie a few plastic trims etc then its getting a good clean and its going up for sale. I'm going back to the teg for a bit then thats going and the hun will be on for a good spec 3 door i think or even a 500

Alps Pacino as Mike said you cant say how much its made it under read unless you start doing maths etc. but basically it under reads because the car travels a little bit further for every revolution of the larger wheels than it did with the small wheels, because they have a larger circumference.

I really don't see what the great big fuss is about top speed and chasing numbers (ie BHP) the whole time on here...
Surely you'd much rather have an awesome overal set-up that you can use and abuse on a regular basis than have say 450 BHP on a boggo box / diff's etc.. that you wouldn't use properly for fear of the g/box /(insert other random part here) shiting itself and putting the car off the road?
If you can afford to spend 5k on a box, and half sensible diff's, then fair enough, but IMO a well rounded package is the way to go rather than on just the engine?
