Default cosworth intercooler differences

what diff in power can the 2wd and 4wd intercoolers cope with?

ie max BHP for each!

also whats the size diff and how much do they usually fetch?

like i said, im not really rushed! was thinking of doing cooler before the set up, but dont want to chop a mint one mate!

someone must know the power capabilities of these coolers!?!

mine made 365 at 26psi on a 4*4 cooler, charge temps were ridiculously high though

i have a pair of 4*4 ones for sale if anyones interested

right this is to go on a fiesta!

so boost will only be about 12-14psi!

looking at maxing the bhp to 250 what ever happens!

would the 2wd be suitable or not?

Dont know the power they can handle but it depends on how you are going to use the car. A standard 4x4 or Escort IC might be ok on the road but take it on track and the chargetemp will climb much higher.

but it wont be subject to the same amount of heat it would on a fiesta as on a cosworth!

the turbo and manifault and down pipe have/are all going to be wrapped to stop heat soak to various parts and also the air flow will be greater as it will sit in the bottom cut out of my bumper! (escort cosworth type!)

my car aint really going to be used for many track days to be honest tho!
