hi all i need some info .i need a new engine for my daily runner its a 1.8 mk2 mondeo estate and it needs a new engine but i cant seem to find any good ones as all the turbo boys are buying them up i can get hold of some low mileage escort 3i's gti's and a rs 1800 engine and want to know if they will fit i know the engine mounts and alternator and air con pump etc are different but if i striped the engine down to just head and block would all my ancills fit ok .its douing my head in now as im just not 100% sure on this so i need your help please any info would be cool

 

im about to pull a nice one out of my xr2i ! its got 130ps cams in it aswell
